Annette "Nettie" Williams, unmarried daughter of Rebecca Lois and William H. Williams. 

She was the niece of James Scarlett and probably raised by Charles an Rachel Scarlett

after her mother's untimely death.  She was born January 15, 1865 and died April 18, 1887.
